Community leader feel sidelined and victimised
The project initiated by Anglo platinum, in Magobading-limpopo province has left some of the community members disgruntled. Apparently this community which was moved to pave way for platinum extraction, has suffered poor workmanship of about twelve houses. The rebuilding projects of this houses started last.Jerry Tshetlhakgolo, was reportedly elected by the community to be the Community liaison officer of the project under auspices of Staffanuti Stock housing (pty)Ltd.As the Community Liaison officer he claimed be disgruntled by this project, he has inform us that he was unfairly treated, denied salary for a period of eight months.
The debacle to get the responsible people answerable, went unheeded. To get the matter attended, Mr Tshetlhakgolo told us that he has taken pains to inform Anglo platinum Office of Marry-Jane Morifi, and with no luck, he got no response. Of late Jerry has reported to have taken the matter to Mr Steven Bullock's office. As for Jerry he remain disgruntled with no pay after the service given for eight months.
